With over 15 years in graphic design and production art experience, and over a decade as a bilingual educator, Ambrosia is now seeking to transition professionally from education to a lifelong dream working with Graphic Design, 2D Art, and Illustration. A true Renaissance learner, Ambrosia brings experience from across many different disciplines to each situation, and uses her extensive library of knowledge and acquired wisdom to rapidly find solutions when problems emerge. A lover of clear communication and gentle interactions, Ambrosia has developed her interpersonal and conflict resolution skills working with thousands of students of all ages, countless parents, administrators, corporate executives, co-workers, and even her own employees and trainees. Spent a sabbatical year as a K-12 Substitute, teaching at 45 different campuses in South Bay & other areas of Los Angeles across the course of the year while building skills for working with different ages and communities, and spending intentional reflection and journaling time daily to improve my own educational practices.
Maintained detailed records for teachers daily as accountability and follow up, also keeping records as material for an autobiographical memoir while going through this transitional year.
Published daily whiteboard art on Instagram to create a fun and welcoming classroom environments and establish a reputation as a skilled educator and artist on many campuses.
